Leaf’s Upcoming Baseball Card Sets

Leaf Trading Cards is bringing excitement to collectors and baseball enthusiasts with two highly-anticipated upcoming releases featuring a plethora of prospect autographs and exclusive inserts. The first release, “Leaf Metal,” is set to hit shelves on October 25 in both Hobby and Jumbo Box formats. The Hobby Box boasts four autographs, two base/parallel cards, and one exclusive “mojo auto,” while the Jumbo Box features eight autographs, four base/parallel cards, a “pulsar auto” exclusive, and a “slabbed auto proof.” All cards in Leaf Metal will be numbered to 35 or less, adding to their collectible appeal.

One of the most coveted cards in Leaf Metal is a triple autograph card showcasing the top three picks of the 2024 MLB Draft: Travis Bazzana, Charlie Condon, and Chase Burns. The set also includes autographs from rising stars like Nick Kurtz, Hagen Smith, and Konnor Griffin, as well as top prospect Roman Anthony and other notable names such as Chase Dollander, Dylan Crews, and Coby Mayo. The 2024 draftees are joined by rookies and recent grads like Paul Skenes, Elly De La Cruz, and James Wood, making this release a must-have for any baseball card collector.

Following Leaf Metal, the excitement continues with the release of “Leaf Press Pass Premium” on November 8. This premium set offers six base cards and parallels in each box, with a staggering five autographs included. The exclusivity of this release is evident in the fact that one autograph per box will be numbered to 25 or less. With a 100-card base set and a 100-card retro base set, collectors are in for a treat with eight parallels numbered to 35 or less for each set.

Leaf Press Pass Premium features autographs from the 2024 draftees such as Bazzana, Condon, Kurtz, Smith, and Burns, alongside future prospects like Ethan Holliday. In addition to the promising newcomers, this set also pays homage to veteran stars like Mookie Betts, Ichiro, and Nolan Ryan, offering a diverse selection of talent for collectors to enjoy.

Autograph collectors will be thrilled to discover that the base set autographs are limited to 199 or fewer, while retro base autographs are even more exclusive with a cap of 49 or fewer. The release also includes a special “Press Box Signatures” insert showcasing iconic names like John Smoltz, Jim Rome, and Vin Scully, adding an extra layer of prestige to this premium collection.

Both Leaf Metal and Leaf Press Pass Premium will be available for purchase on Leaf’s website and at select card retailers. Whether you are a fan of promising rookies or legendary veterans, these sets promise to deliver an impressive array of talent and exclusives that are sure to elevate any baseball card collection to new heights. Get ready to enhance your collection and enjoy the thrill of collecting with Leaf’s newest baseball card releases.
